For full product functionality you must have a license issued by Nintex for each product. Each product license can be either a full production license or an evaluation license. The license file must be imported into SharePoint Central Administration.
Make sure your Nintex license file is up to date. Make sure each product license is explicitly activated for the functionality that you want, such as Enterprise Edition.
If you have questions about your license file, contact your Nintex partner or territory manager.
To import each license file
On the Central Administration Home page, display the licensing page for your product:
For Nintex Workflow, click Nintex Workflow Management and then click Licensing.
For Nintex Forms, click Nintex Forms Management and then click Licensing.
On the selected licensing page, click Import.
The page displays a Browse button.
Click Browse to locate your license file and then click Import.
The licensing information is displayed.
Click OK.
When all license files have been imported, you can proceed to configure databases for Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms.
